So in short, I managed to find issue which destroyed game performance unless you had higher end PC.

Laptop that was used for performance testing:
CPU; i5-7200
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 620

Earlier this build provided only 20-35 FPS with lower end computers, with current updates we are looking at 58 - 60 FPS. Around 50% performance boost in most situations, which means improved and smoother gaming experience.
